These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Innate Futures Ltd. 

Practice Name: Kelly Simpson Mindful Me ("we," "our," "us") and clients ("you," "your") who engage in our services. By booking or attending a session, you will receive a copy of our terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Your Right to Return & Refunds

1.1 Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • A repair or replacement if reported within six months (if a repair or replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund may be offered).

1.2 Change of Mind (Online, Phone & Mail Orders Only)

If you purchased online, via phone, or mail order, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • You must return the item unused and in its original condition.
  • A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Exceptions: Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics) are non-refundable unless faulty.

1.3 In-Store Purchases (Change of Mind)

Retailers are not legally required to offer returns for in-store purchases if you change your mind. However, many stores provide a goodwill return policy. Please check with us for details.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at email with your order details.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging (where possible).
  3. If eligible, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping costs: If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Exemptions & Special Conditions

  • Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, digital downloads, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Sale items may be subject to different return policies – please check at the time of purchase.
